OPEN INDUSTRY PROJECT

Program the line.
Watch it run.

A free, open-source industrial simulator that runs in your browser or as a desktop app. Build a conveyor system in 3D and drive it with IEC 61131-3 Structured Text or Ladder Diagram, a working subset of the languages real PLCs run.

SEC-01 / CODE-TO-MOTION

Program it like a real PLC.

Write your control logic in IEC 61131-3 Structured Text or draw it as Ladder Diagram rungs, a working subset of the standard languages industrial PLCs run, and it drives the line directly, one scan at a time.

  • A working subset of IEC 61131-3 Structured Text, the language real PLCs run
  • Or draw it as ladder rungs, lit live as each scan runs. The demo ships in both
  • Wire variables to sensors, conveyors, and robots by tag
  • See each scan cycle execute on its own clock
  • Take it with you: export a spec-legal .st file or PLCopen XML, ladder included

SEC-02 / CAPABILITIES

From abstract to physical.

autStand builds systems like these on real plant floors. This runs them in a browser tab.

Real 3D physics

Conveyors, sensors, six-axis robots, and boxes simulated with a Jolt physics engine compiled to WebAssembly. Drag parts in from the catalog and press play.

Wire it like a real cell

Bind push-buttons, photo-eyes, diverters, and stack lights to your program by tag, and the running scan drives them as the line moves.

Yours to run

Free and open source. Fork it, self-host it, or run it offline with no account and no license to buy.

Build together

Share an invite link and edit the same line live with your team, or send a view-only link that shows the line without letting anyone change it.

Make your own parts

Every part in the catalog is a package built on the Part SDK. Start your own in the browser, script its behavior with autocomplete, and download it as one file to share.

Walk the line

Press P and walk your line in first person, up the stairs and onto the platforms, or put on a headset and walk it in VR.

SEC-03 / TWO SURFACES

Run it your way.

One project, two surfaces: pick whichever fits the job. Run it in a browser tab, or install the desktop app for real PLCs and hardware in the loop.

IN THE BROWSER

Browser

Nothing to install. Open a tab and start building.

  • Runs on any modern browser, on any OS
  • Build in 3D and program in Structured Text or ladder in-process
  • Share a link, or self-host it on your own server
Launch the simulator
DESKTOP APP

Desktop

The full engine on your machine, wired to real hardware.

  • Drive the sim from real PLCs: Allen-Bradley, Siemens S7, Modbus, Beckhoff, OPC UA
  • Talk to Universal Robots controllers over RTDE, and MQTT devices
  • Hardware-in-the-loop and full desktop performance, no sandbox limits

SEC-04 / START

Build a line in your browser.

No account, no download. Open the simulator and drop in your first conveyor.
